We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the new Bangkok airport. The location was perfect, with the hotel just a short walk down the steps on the other side of the canal. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were many shops and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for us to explore. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and breakfast. They even went out of their way to assemble a baby cot in our room and catered to our 2-year-old's picky eating habits. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area.
